Order and Shipment Processing Times

Katchi Organics processes orders within 1-3 business days, with most orders processed in the first 24 hours. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Orders may take up to 10 business days to be delivered. This estimate considers our 1-3 business days processing times and shipping times up to 7 business days. However, most orders are delivered much sooner than 10 business days.

We may occasionally experience a high volume of orders or other unanticipated circumstances. In either scenario, the shipment and delivery of orders may be delayed by a few days. Please be patient with us and allow a few additional days for processing, shipment and delivery. In the case of significant delays to our expected delivery times for your order, one of our representatives will contact you via email or telephone to provide updates.

Caveat: Shipping in the US Impacted by the Covid-19 Crisis

The United States Postal Service and the nation’s shipping companies have been directly impacted by the effects of the Covid-19 crisis. Katchi Organics salutes our heroes in these service providing organizations and thanks them for their efforts. We encourage our patrons to be compassionate and patient with them, as their staffing and services have been affected by the pandemic.

At this time, many of our orders are being reported as delivered on time. However, USPS and the rest of our mail carriers are still experiencing nationwide delays. While we offer USPS Priority Express Shipping as an option, we do not guarantee overnight deliveries and cannot, in good faith, recommend this service to those who are seeking faster deliveries until the Covid-19 crisis is no longer impacting the postal service’s processes. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

Priority Express Shipping Times

Katchi Organics does not guarantee USPS Priority Express shipping times or overnight delivery of your order. Priority Express orders will typically ship overnight if placed before 11am, Monday-Thursday, excluding weekends and holidays. This estimated delivery time is based on information provided by the United States Postal Service.

*Please note: while we will continue to offer the Priority Express shipping service, we do not recommend it at this time. Covid-19 related delays are pushing many Priority Express delivery times to the 3-5 day range- the same average travel times seen with our other shipping options throughout the duration of the pandemic.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

Katchi Organics ships to mailing addresses, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses within most of the United States and U.S. Territories. Some exclusions may apply.

Exclusions to Domestic Shipping Range: Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota

At this time, Katchi Organics cannot ship orders to Idaho, Iowa, South Dakota and Nebraska. Any orders intended for shipment to these locations will be cancelled and refunded.

Taxes, Tariffs, Additional Charges

Katchi Organics is not responsible for any additional charges- such as taxes, duties, tariffs and customs- applied to your order.

Lost or Damaged Goods and Materials

Katchi Organics is not liable, financially or otherwise, for any merchandise or materials lost in transit. If your product was damaged during shipping, you must email us a photo of the damaged or broken product, inside the shipping box in which it was shipped. This photo is required to receive a full refund. Once we receive your photo of the damaged or broken product, we will ship a replacement unit to you immediately. To begin the process, please email info@katchiorganics.com and include a) your order number, b) your photo of the damaged product, and c) an explanation of the damage. We will then ship the replacement product to you.

Order Cancellations

Katchi Organics can only cancel an order and offer a refund for its value during a limited window of time after the order has been placed: between the moment it was placed and the moment a shipping label has been generated.

We print our shipping labels for any given order once its contents have been assembled, double-checked and packaged for shipping to the recipient’s address. Completed orders with shipping labels applied are then delivered to a nearby post office on the day they were processed and completed. Once a USPS generated email containing a customer’s tracking number has been delivered to their inbox we can no longer cancel and refund the order in question, as it is already in motion towards its final destination with the postal service and out of our hands.

To request the cancellation of an order and a refund for its full value, please call us at 978-393-1995 or send us an email at info@katchiorganics.com prior to receiving a USPS generated email containing its tracking number.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, Katchi Organics does not ship to addresses outside the United States and its territories. Any orders to such locations will be cancelled and refunded.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products sold by Katchi Organics. We greatly value you as a customer and want to ensure you are fully satisfied. If you are disappointed for any reason, or find your product to be damaged, we will happily replace it or grant you a refund.

If your product was damaged during shipping, you must email us a photo of the damaged or broken product, inside the shipping box in which it was shipped. This photo is required to receive a full refund. Once we receive your photo of the damaged or broken product, we will ship a replacement unit to you immediately. If you are dissatisfied with your product, we will grant you a refund for the same dollar value of your product purchase, once you return your product to us. When we receive your returned product, you will then be granted a full refund of your purchase price. To begin the process of returning your product, please contact info@katchiorganics.com.

You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase in order to receive your replacement product or credit.
